Thanks Rick. I was pretty happy about it. It felt pretty good and didn’t seem to slow, so I was very tempted to go for another 10-15 pounds, but my better-half talked me down. My back was already pretty rounded at 445, so I was likely very close to my max anyway. Getting another few pounds probably wouldn’t be worth the risk.
